Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, and every package ships with tracking.

Delivery Time

Orders ship within 24 hours, and delivery normally takes 5–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day at the earliest. Delays can occasionally occur during peak periods at our shipping partners.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Taxes and Duties

Some products ship directly from our international partners. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you for an additional fee on delivery, please contact us before paying so we can help.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send photos of the product, the outer packaging and the shipping label, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Package Hasn't Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived, contact us at kontakt@nord-lund.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package can't be located and is considered lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Unclaimed and Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, the address provided was incorrect, or delivery was refused, we may deduct the actual and reasonable costs of shipping and return handling from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
