Orders
When you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes information about the products, prices, and your billing and shipping address. If anything in the order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us right away at kontakt@nord-lund.com.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us on the same day you placed it. We can't cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to decline an order if the item is out of stock at our supplier or for other business reasons. In that case, you'll be notified as soon as possible and won't be charged. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.
Shipping
Our normal delivery time is 5–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day at the earliest. Delays can occur during peak periods at our shipping partners. Read more in our shipping information.

Taxes and Duties
Some products ship directly from our international partners. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you for an additional fee on delivery, please contact us before paying so we can help.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices due to, for example, changes in purchasing costs, currency fluctuations or typographical errors.

Defects and Complaints
We check all products before shipping. If an item is nevertheless damaged or incorrect, we'll correct the problem at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@nord-lund.com with your name, email address, order number and a description of the problem. Items may only be returned after approval from us. For an approved claim, we cover the return shipping.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages caused by the product. Nor are we liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions or failed deliveries from suppliers.

Instructions for use are provided on the product page. Always use common sense when working near a roof, and follow the instructions. Reach depends on the height of your home and the length of the pole.
